Note: Take photos of the work you do in its completed state. Make sure you photograph it in good daylight without obstructing the image. Also, take a picture of you in your normal working environment. If you wear a uniform and use certain tools, please use these in the photo. Make sure you look professional, friendly and approachable. Finally, if you have a logo for your business please upload that too. We will be in touch once we have received your application so don't worry if anything is missing.

1. Creating an advert
1.1. Once the setup fee payment is made Digital Ad Experts will create an advert from the files you supply. The advert will be of professional quality and focus on the benefits your business provides.
1.2. Digital Ad Experts will then setup the advert on your Facebook business page and optimise it to the right target audience based on the information you provide us from our Get Started Form.
1.3. All businesses must have a Facebook business page, if your business does not have a Facebook page, one can be created for you for a small fee.

2. Setup Fee
2.1. The setup fee, information, logo and photos are required before the advert is created. To send us this information please complete the Get Started Form.

3. Setup Fee Refund
3.1. If after the first 30 days of the advert being published there are no enquires to your business through Facebook Messenger* or as a direct result of the audience seeing the advert, we will refund the setup fee.
3.2. The first months advertising cost (min £249) will still be required after that period is complete.
3.3. Once the payment has been made, the advert will be republished for the following 28 day period.
3.4. Digital Ad Experts consider a message asking a question about your service or product through Facebook Messenger* or via the comments on your advert an enquiry or lead.
3.5. It is the business owners responsibility to follow up an enquiry, lead or comment. Digital Ad Experts except no liability for a business owner's failure to follow up a lead.
3.6. Responding to leads in a timely manner is vital in converting enquires into business gains/sales. If an enquiry does not convert into a sale this is still considered as a successful lead.

*Facebook Messenger can be downloaded on Apple or Android.

4. Advertising spend and management fee
4.1. Advertising spend is the cost Facebook charges for sponsored advertising.
4.2. Digital Ad Experts will invoice your business one month in arrears (payment required on receipt).
4.3. To maximise the chances of leads being generated a minimum spend of £249 a month is required.
4.4. To increase your chances of lead generation Digital Ad Experts advise in allocating higher advertising spend (example below).

Example
£249pm will generate approx 18-40* leads per month.
£349pm will generate approx 26-54* leads per month.
*Results may vary depending on location and target parameters.

4.5. All monthly charges include a management fee.
4.6. Expected lead decline - you may experience an initial period of high lead generation, this is expected to tail off after the first 2 months. After this period it is anticipated that leads will continue at a lower but steady rate.

5. New and multiple adverts
5.1. New adverts (with different images and messages) will be subject to a new setup fee.
5.2. New adverts are eligible for the setup fee refund if no enquires are generated in the first 28 days.
5.3. Multiple adverts can be run with Digital Ad Experts, each advert is subject to individual setup fee and eligible for refund if no enquiries are generated.
5.4. Allow up to 72 hours for Digital Ad Experts to create a new advert.

6. Cancellation
6.1. To cancel your advert you must send an email to [email protected], giving 28 days notice. Once the final fee has been paid we will cancel the monthly charge.
6.2. Advertising can be restarted at any point without paying additional setup fee. 24 hours notice will be required to publish a previously approved advert. New advert designs are subject to setup fee (see point 5.1).
6.3. After the notice period has ended, all advertising spend will be cancelled and adverts deleted from your Facebook business page by Digital Ad Experts.
6.4. All advert files created is the intellectual property of Digital Ad Experts and once the contract has ended, no advert file created by Digital Ad Experts can be used to promote your business in any way.
6.5. Any company found using the digital files created by Digital Ad Experts will be charged one month minimum advertising fee (£249).
